A personal favorite. Sesame seeds are toasted, soaked, and fermented overnight. Then the seeds are cooked, reduced, and added to the dough. Ingredients: Rye starter, wheat flour, fresh whole spelt flour, toasted sesame seeds, water, and salt from Aukra (Møre og Romsdal). 120 kr.
