This bread would be the classic "white" sourdough, but because I add a significant amount of freshly milled whole grain flour to it, I call it "The Dirty White". Ingredients: Rye starter, wheat flour, fresh whole grain flour, water, and salt from Aukra (Møre og Romsdal). 100 kr.
