Toasted oats, soaked in earl grey tea, and fermented overnight. This mix is cooked, reduced, and added to the dough. Ingredients: Rye starter, wheat, fresh whole grain flour, toasted oats, earl grey tea, water, and salt from Aukra (Møre og Romsdal). 120 kr.
